Woodcuts Plates
The purpose, is to show the transparency of the Carving & Printmaking process. Thru a technique that echoes the older print form - of the image. This artistic handwork is executed and coordinated by the artist himself, which tries to point out something. In this song, the Image matters, meaning, content, word, that an the End translated into a time and space, woven with; past and present, rooted with your own reality.
Herramientas
The Tools used are the Traditional, Manual Carving Tools (Gouges) and the Engaver Pen. The image is sketched directly on the wood, then it is printed and the first artistic proof is taken. with the option of handling more than one color, finally it is printed in Peyon (white synthetic fabric)
The printing of the image is carefully done by hand, with various manual techniques; the spoon, the glass jar and some of our own manufacture, which solve the detail of the printed image.)
